Her extensive professional background spans the United States, Canada, Europe and the Caribbean. She has deep expertise in corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, regulatory compliance, and finance with an expanding focus on emerging industries such as FinTech and blockchain.

Heidi is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, Canada (J.D./LL.B., 2004) and is licensed to practice in Ontario, Canada (2005), the British Virgin Islands (2007), Florida (2019) and New York (2023). She is also a Certified Blockchain & Law Professional and a designated Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP).

She has previously acted as General Counsel for a software development company specializing in providing customized AI solutions to clients in the FinTech sector and she has also led legal operations for an international luxury goods retailer and manufacturer with operations across 22 countries.
